Lifetime Exchange Policy

General Jewelry (All Regular Collections)

Lifetime Validity: Exchange anytime, with no expiry.

Condition Flexibility: Accepted in any condition (used, faded, or damaged).

Complete Set Requirement:
All original items must be returned in full.
(Example: A 10-piece earring set must include all 10 pieces.)

Exchange Pricing Rule

50% of the product value is charged as Making Charges

Remaining 50% is carried forward as credit toward your next purchase

How It Works (Examples)

Example 1: Same Value Exchange

Original Purchase: PKR 10,000

Customer pays: PKR 5,000 (Making Charges)

PKR 5,000 is carried forward

New Purchase: PKR 10,000
You receive a new product by paying only PKR 5,000

Example 2: Higher Value Upgrade

Carry Forward Value: PKR 5,000

New Product Selected: PKR 15,000
Customer pays PKR 10,000
PKR 5,000 is fully adjusted

✔ Important Rule:
Your next purchase must be equal to or higher than the carried-forward value.

Service Charges: 10%

Includes: Polishing, Cleaning, Minor Repairs, Color Touch-Up

Premium Jewelry

Service Charges: 5%

Includes: Premium Polishing, Deep Cleaning, Finishing & Restoration
